Description:

Renovation of various properties within Pendle Borough. Bailey Developments commenced work on the vacant properties in December 2009. The properties had been vacant for a number of years and in this time had dilapidated drastically. Renovation work consists of new kitchens, a highly efficient heating system, new rewire, sand blast and repoint, new double glazed windows, high security upvc doors and reroofing throughout. Three properties included an extension into the rear yard which allows for a larger kitchen / diner. Two properties were knocked from 2 into 1 to make larger homes comprising of 2 lounges, kitchen (large), a dining room and sitting room.

The contract also included face lifting all properties on Railway Terrace, Brierfield.This work included repointing and sandblasting. New windows doors, reroofing works throughout and new front yards have been constructed out of pitched face stone.
