    Refurbishment Works Commence

    Bailey Developments (NW) Ltd has won a contract through competitive tender to regenerate housing for Pendle Borough Council.

    The contract includes complete stripping out of each property and a full refit. The project will see the installation of the Baxi Ecogen, which generates useable electricity as well as heat for the home.

    The refurbishment project will take 16 weeks to complete and will see Bailey Developments, Clitheroe , working throughout the Pendle borough.
