Construction

Based in the Ribble Valley, builders & building contractors Bailey Developments have a varied portfolio, ranging from house extensions to large commercial premises. Our most recent construction projects include Roefield Leisure Centre - Refurbishment and Development of Existing Gym, and Smart Kids Children’s Nursery in Preston - Formerly an NHS building, the interior was completly gutted and works to create a nursery are now underway. Landscaping

Ribble Valley builders, Bailey Developments, undertake extensive redevelopment of grounds, from excavating and clearing, to paving, decking and planting.

Our latest landscaping projects in the Ribble Valley include The Manse in Chatburn & Pale Wood House in Whitewell, which involved extensive redevelopment of the grounds, Middle Barn in Bolton by Bowland which involved dry stone walling using locally quarried stone to match existing walls & terraced levels constructed and planted up with a bark mulch to provide a maintainence free area.

Plant Hire

Bailey Developments, Ribble Valley builders also run a plant hire company, Bailey Hire. We have a large range of plant and machinery available for self drive or operated hire with certified drivers.
